Checked in online and was given an estimated arrival time of 11:47am. I arrived at 11:45 and checked in on the kiosk as usual. Fifteen minutes into my wait I get a text saying that my "check in has been cancelled". I then spoke with an associate about this cancelation text and she said that is was fine that I'm on the wait list and should be receiving my haircut shortly. I continued to wait for another 30 minutes while other customers continued to be seen before. I spoke with another associate to again clarify the situation and she said I am checked in as a walk-in and would have to wait over 2 hours because that was the estimated wait time at that point. I left after that without receiving my haircut. Don't waste your time here, the customer service is terrible and the shift manager does not care for the customers.

As we will never know the algorithm of timing app, I arrived by 11?0 am. I was the only one, there were not costumers, but the machine said I had to wait 159 min. Two gentlemen came in and directly to recibe their cuts. I stayed till 2:57pm to be attended. And at the end, it was my sixth visit and they didn't respect my discount pass. Is hard to find anything worthy in this city, in terms of a simple haircut. Another thing just few minutes ago. My stylist wasn't able at the according time due to break time (which is fine, it's her right by law). I had to cancel the appointment at 3:10, after almost 5 hours waiting. My only concern at this point is when people say "I am so sorry", when they are not. This kind of business policies are really stupid, when in comes to value and respect the time of any human being. The good thing was that I walked 7miles around the Fountains, and meet some people in the same disgraceful situation.
