Walk in and wasn't aware I had to check in to get service. Watched several people go ahead of me. Finally the woman told me to check in. Didn't stick around.

Took my husband and son for haircuts. My son's stylist was lovely and sweet, but my husband's stylist was rude and did a terrible job. She asked my husband for his "numbers", referring to the clippers, and was noticeably irritated that he didn't know, but then offered absolutely no guidance whatsoever. My husband usually cuts his own hair or goes to a professional barber, so he's never had to specify clipper sizes. My husband had to go over/straighten the cut out himself at home. I guess you get what you pay for?
